AutentiKa Mexican Grille

Using recipes passed down for generations, AutentiKa Mexican Grille in Panama City Beach serves breakfast, lunch and dinner to loyal patrons. 

Lucy Rodriguez recreates the  dishes served at the fiestas in her home city of Michoacan, Mexico.  It gives her the opportunity to share her memories of family and fun with the diners who visit.
